Hello everyone! In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Ann Bridges, an amazing coach with a background in nursing.

From Nursing To Coaching: Ann’s Story

Ann shared her journey from nursing to coaching and her passion for helping people with anxiety and limiting beliefs. We discussed the power of the mind and how our internal world affects our external experiences.

Ann emphasized the importance of focusing on the present moment and letting go of worrying thoughts.
