I faced significant health issues that led to negative thoughts, impacting my business and personal life. I avoided my Facebook group, email list, and my launch suffered, resulting in a tough quarter.
However, I discovered that even at your lowest, you can turn things around and become stronger. I started believing in working smarter, not harder, and that it's okay for things to be messy. I embraced the need to rebuild my business slowly and learned to be kind to myself.
