You don’t have to be an extrovert in Business

When I first started my business, I was an Introvert struggling in an Extrovert’s world. I tried to follow everyone else. I was doing live video and standing in front of the camera (because standing is what all the gurus told me I had to do)…

The only problem was, I have back problems… I wasn’t comfortable and I wasn’t me…

I didn’t click with people…

Then I decided to go my own way… sitting in front of the camera.

Suddenly, I was relaxed and comfortable and people were watching and responding.

That’s when I realized I had to go my own way and use my strengths as an Introvert.

Now, instead of doing Webinars I’m running small group classes for a maximum of 5 people.

Another way I can really connect with people and build stronger relationships. It helps me go deeper which sings to my soul as an Introvert.
